Welcome to Candex! By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Candex's relationship with you in relation to this application.

By accessing and using Candex, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Candex reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these terms of use at any time. You are advised to check this page regularly. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the application. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the application.


4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this application, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to Candex and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties. Candex uses independent brands for leisure purposes only.


5. Limitation of Liability

Candex will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profit, or any other commercial damages or losses. Information provided in the app may be incorrect as third-party brands may not share their information publicly.


6. User Account

To access certain features of the application, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.


7. Termination

Candex reserves the right to terminate your access to the application, without any advance notice, for conduct that Candex believes violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the application, Candex, or third parties, or for any other reason.


8. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France for the resolution of any disputes.
