Delete Your CanDex Account


Dear Candex Collectors,


We understand that sometimes you may decide to take a break from your collection or you may wish to permanently delete your account for personal reasons. At Candex, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data.

If you need to delete your data or account and are unable to do so within the app, please contact us directly at contact@candex.app, and we will assist you with the process.

Here's a simple guide to help you delete your Candex account through the app.


Step 1: Open Your Profile

Log in to your Candex account and navigate to the "Profile" tab at the bottom navigation bar.



Step 2: Account Actions Menu


Click on the
 three dots at the top right to open the account actions menu. In this menu, you'll find the option "Delete Account".




Step 3: Deleting Your Account

After selecting "Delete Account", a confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm your choice. Please be aware that this action is irreversible and will result in the deletion of all your account data.



Step 4: Confirm Your Identity

For security reasons, you will be required to enter your email address and password associated with the account you wish to delete.


Step 5: Final Confirmation

Once you have entered your information, click "YES, DELETE" to finalize the process.


Step 6: Deletion Confirmation

A final message will confirm that your account has been successfully deleted.
